In which I realise dogs can be Heroes too
My left paw is a trifle weak today so I’m going to paste this story in.
I’ve always had a tendency to a limp paw, but recently my claws are growing in a most haphazard manner, not on the straight and narrow you might say. Irritating.
News Story : Leo, a terrier, had to be resuscitated after refusing to leave the kittens during the blaze in Melbourne.
My Comment I live here and I haven’t met any dogs of this calibre before
“One officer returned into the blazing house and re-emerged carrying the near-lifeless Leo,” said fire brigade commander Ken Brown.
“Another couple of firefighters grabbed the resuscitation equipment and were able to revive him. The dog had remained stoically guarding the box of kittens, even though their mother had disappeared.”
The shocked family then returned to their gutted home to find Leo sitting on a burnt mattress, faithfully waiting for his family to return.
My Comment : Dogs are like that, burnt mattress be damned. I would be safely out of the area and not return until the family had searched at least four hours.

Isn’t already obvious that dogs are saviours in the mainland, while dolphins are saviours in the ocean.

That’s how God created them
What a dog! They can sometimes be useful.
