<p>I know a cat like that.  She steals socks from around the neighbourhood. I suppose the Filipino cats were looking for socks too.</p>
<p>The cat across the road creeps round at night breaking into peoples&#8217; homes and making off with  certain smelly items of clothing. She even took one of the woman&#8217;s gym shoes once. The woman used to drop her stuff outside the back door but she learned her lesson when one went missing.  (The woman hasn&#8217;t left them outside since, but I really wish she would)</p>
<p>Pretty disgraceful, you must agree. The SWAT Team hasn&#8217;t been called out because we humour  her.</p>
<p>The burgling cat I mean. Not the woman.</p>
