I have a recipe for you. Take careful notes. The sardines must be in oil, not that awful water, or brine, or anything else. Just oil, thank you. No fancy parsley either.
2 cans sardines in oil
2/3 cup cooked rice
2-3 chicken livers, lightly boiled and drained
A little bit of chopped parsley
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and process just until mixture is blended. Store in refrigerator, tightly covered. Remember not to serve this too cold!
